We had: snake-eyed Putin, facing his just deserts after death; an encounter with a behatted and somewhat irritating poet; menopausal night terrors; bluebells and falling in love; adulterous technophilia; oneness with verdant earth, blue sky and golden sun; graveyard visits with Grandma; and the timely placating of a vegan hob.
