We launched Celebration, the sixth DWC anthology, at an event on Sunday 17 September at The Main Place in Coleford.
The event was one of the Heritage Open Days series, with the theme this year of Creativity Unwrapped. Given the Circle has been ongoing for 45 years, it was appropriate we should celebrate our long heritage at this time.
We were lucky to have local, well known authors Andrew Taylor and Shoo Raynor talk ahead of the launch, sharing their experiences as writers. Entertaining and helpful.
Several of our members read their contributions to the anthology, and sales were brisk.
